How do I book a session?

You can book directly through our booking page or get in touch via the contact form. Once we confirm your date and time, you'll receive a welcome guide, a questionnaire, privacy policy and contract, along with payment details to secure your date and booking.

What should I wear?

Wear something that feels like you but photographically works well. For example solid, block colours and simple patterns tend to work best. Avoid big logos, graphics, or overly busy prints. If you're unsure, I’d love to help with styling advice or review outfit options before your session. I’ve also created a helpful guide which I can send you or you can find in my BLOGS called ‘What to Wear?’.

What happens if it rains?

If your session is outdoors and the weather is looking grim (heavy rain, wind, or storms), we’ll either move to the next available date that we can both make at no extra cost. For light rain or cloudy days, the session may still go ahead—it can actually make for beautifully soft light. I will be keeping an eye on the conditions and will be in regular contact with you to decide the best course of action.

Can I include my pet or family?

Absolutely. Please do! Pets, partners, kids—everyone’s welcome unless stated otherwise in the session type. Just let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly.

How long will the session last?

This depends on the type of session. Most portrait or family sessions last between 60 to 120 minutes, while branding or event shoots may take longer. You’ll get all the timing details when you book and we can discuss and tailor the shoot to your needs.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens! Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are typically non-refundable, but I’ll do my best to accommodate changes whenever possible.

Do you provide guidance on posing?

Yes—absolutely. You don’t need to know how to pose at all. I’ll guide you through natural movements and prompts so you feel relaxed, confident, and never stiff or awkward in front of the camera.

How and when will I receive my photos?

After your session, you'll receive a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks (or sooner depending on the session type). You’ll be able to download your images and/or order prints directly from the online gallery.

Do you retouch the photos?

Yes, all final images are retouched for things like lighting, colour, skin tone, and small distractions. If you have specific concerns (like blemishes or edits you don’t want), just let me know.

Can I buy prints or albums?

Definitely. I offer high-quality prints, wall art, and custom-designed albums. You can order directly through your gallery or we can work together to create something special.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! Photography sessions make a thoughtful and timeless gift. You can purchase vouchers for a set amount or a full session—just get in touch to arrange it.
